1. Spiritual practice of Pranayama for 5 minutes.
  2. Rotate your heart center inside of your body counterclockwise and pronounce the mantra TAM for each rotation, for 15 minutes (a clock is in front of you).

 

Point 2 – by the voice try to achieve vibration inside of the heart center, when you pronounce the mantra TAM.
