1. Spiritual practice of Pranayama for 5 minutes.
  2. Rotate your heart center inside of your body counterclockwise and pronounce the mantra TAM for each rotation, for 5 minutes (a clock is in front of you).
  3. Rotate your second center inside of your body counterclockwise and pronounce the mantra VAM for each rotation, for 15 minutes (a clock is in front of you).
  4. Connect your second center and your heart center inside of your body by white light.
  5. Sit with your centers connected for several minutes.

 

Point 2 – by the voice try to achieve vibration inside of the heart center, when you pronounce the mantra TAM.

Point 3 – by the voice try to achieve vibration inside of the second center, when you pronounce the mantra VAM.

Point 4 – the connection of the centers goes up, starting with the second center.
